By using flowymv.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms. FLOWY MV sells fashion and lifestyle products for delivery and pickup within the Maldives.

Your account

You sign in with Google. Please keep your name and phone number accurate, as we use them to deliver your order and contact you. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Orders & prices

• All prices are shown in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR).
• Placing an order is a request to buy. Your order is confirmed only after we verify your bank transfer.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, payment is not received, or fraud is suspected — and we will refund any verified payment in that case.
• We try to keep prices and product details accurate and may correct genuine errors.

Payment

Orders are paid by bank transfer. You upload your payment slip at checkout, and we verify it before dispatch.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

Our content

The store’s content, product photos, and branding belong to FLOWY MV and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Liability

The store is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
